Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Condition

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Works that show signs of handling, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a shipment has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible — please initiate a return instead after delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

To start a return or cancellation, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Original artworks and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Tokyo Metro with Hand-Made Dedications is a fully personalised, made-to-order work and is therefore not eligible for returns or cancellations under any circumstances, except in the case of damage upon arrival.
