Refund policy

1.Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition (undamaged, in resalable and perfect condition). To initiate a return, contact us at: contact@janbajtlik.com with your order details.

1.2 Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

1.3 Non-returnable Items

Special copies of "Tokyo Metro" with hand-drawn dedication by Jan Bajtlik, as a personalized and made-to-order product, are non-returnable.
