By placing an order on our Website, you ("Buyer," "you") agree to these Terms in full. Any other terms or conditions, unless expressly accepted in writing by the Seller, are excluded.

We offer books (“Tokyo Metro”), posters and postcards for sale through our Website ("Products"). All descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy in the presentation of Products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content will be error-free, complete, or current.

2.1 Availability

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Products at any time without notice. If an item is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 Order Process

To purchase a Product, you must add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process, providing all necessary information (shipping address, payment details, etc.). An order is considered placed once the payment is received.

3.2 Acceptance of Orders

The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time before the order is shipped. In case of refusal, we will refund any payment you have made.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices

Prices for Products are listed on the Website in euro and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Shipping fees will be calculated and added to the order total during checkout.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, PayPal. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely using Shopify.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the prices of Products at any time, but any such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We ship worldwide through Colissimo. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time during checkout.

5.2 Delivery

We strive to deliver orders within the stated delivery timeframe. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5.3 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition (undamaged, in resalable and perfect condition). To initiate a return, contact us at: contact@janbajtlik.com with your order details.

6.2 Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.3 Non-returnable Items

Special copies of "Tokyo Metro" with hand-drawn drawings by Jan Bajtlik, as a personalized and made-to-order product, are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of Jan Bajtlik Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of our Website or Products without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jan Bajtlik Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of our Products. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
